No one was belittling you for your ignorance. It is completely understandable that you would not be aware of asexual/aromantic identities. No one was asking you to make an entirely new character for the sole purpose of representation.
All we want is a genuine apology and respect. You have made it clearer than ever that you will afford us neither.
