jesus christ this bachelor au though. when they do the episode where all the bachelors take tony out on their version of the best date ever and it’s like, peter and thor taking tony to fucking space to see the stars and other planets and alien tech, strange shows tony some alternate universe with knights and king arthur or some shit and t’challa takes tony to wakanda, to the universities and labs and museums. but tony comes home after all that and steve takes him to a diner that steve remembered because tony mentioned he liked the sandwiches there one time. 

all they do is just talk, and tony makes steve laugh, and it’s so, so easy. it feels like they never stopped. like they could do this every single day for the rest of time. bc tony doesn’t need outer space, or royalty, or space royalty, he just wants someone that feels like home.
