tony LOVES having his hair played with, its the easiest way to get him to just go all relaxed and boneless and when steve finds out he tries to run his fingers through tonys hair at Every Opportunity and eventually tony stops putting product in his hair bc sometimes it makes the strands tangled and steve hates accidentally pulling tonys hair (especially outside of the bedroom) and so now tony just rocks his natural curls all the time for the sole purpose of giving steve easy access to play with his hair
