Why a fox? Why not a horse, or a beetle, or a bald eagle? I’m saying this more as, like, existentialism, you know? Who am I? And how can a fox ever be happy without, you’ll forgive the expression, a chicken in its teeth?
There is just something about them — it doesn’t seem to
matter what universe — but there is something about them that makes us want
them to be together. Shipping Steve and Tony gives us a whole range of interactions
and character dynamics to draw from.
We love them when they are awkward and uncertain around each other.
How even when they don’t know each other, there is obvious chemistry between
them.
We love the way they snark and tease each other…
…their flirting…
…and their playful mocking.
We love how intense they get talking to each other…
…and how the tension ratchets up when they’re being antagonistic.
We love the way they take turns rescuing each other…
…and giving rides out of trouble.
We love how they lend a hand, both in and out of costume…
…that they support each other during missions and at home…
…and that when the going gets tough, they’re still there, helping.
We love them because they put feelings aside and fight for what they
believe is right, even when it does get personal…
…but they defend each other, too….
…and sacrifice themselves.
In
fact, there are so many deep and varied reasons that we love Steve and Tony
across the multiverse, we have compiled Slashy Moments List and a Ship
Manifesto about all the reasons we love them!
What makes you ship

you want to tell?

Jane Foster – A smol and fierce science nerd I’m on the verge of understanding something extraordinary. And everything I know about this phenomenon, is either in this lab, or in this book, and you can’t just take this – Hey!
A little PSA about ASL for ‘Thank you’! I’ve had all of these signed to me accidentally hahaha. And whenever I sign thank you to non signers, sometimes they thought I was blowing a kiss to them. T_T
