Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Apparently Hans Zimmer didn’t really know what Interstellar was about when he composed the soundtrack. Christopher Nolan gave him bits and pieces of script to reflect some emotional pieces, but didn’t inform him of the plot because he didn’t want Zimmer to subconsciously make sci-fi themed music.
It’s so crazy to think about that because the soundtrack fits so well with the movie it’s kind of mind-blowing.
The one track that everyone wanted on the Interstellar soundtrack, “No Time For Caution,” was finally released…
…and it was not the version from the film.
Leave it to fandom to step in and take over.
This is FANMADE, assembled from countless tweaking and editing of existing tracks — it is unquestionably better than the “official” track, and so close to the film version, it’s almost identical.
All credit to this amazing fan.
